Don't always give up after your first try be persistent and consistent when doing things don't be a jerk of all trade to commited to your goal and plans and always work towards achieving the major target.

12. Leaders must be able to motivate and inspire others.

Be a source of inspiration to the people you lead giving them the reason why they can make it in life when your life is full of motivation the people will follow your ways and it will benefits the general society and shape the way people think.

13. Leaders must be able to develop and empower others.

Be an entrepreneur and industrious establishing business that can employ some people you lead you may not be able to give employment opportunities to everyone but the little you contribute will go a long way to Lessing the hardship of some of your members.

14. Leaders must be able to build and maintain relationships.

Your relationship with others must be topnotch avoiding quarrelling with people that are important to you maintain and sustain all the relationship you have, respect anyone that come your way and be open to make new friends that can influence you positively.
