I'd break this into Online (General, AI) and Offline for ease of focus. The first 3 would be in order of my most preferred that i think are the easiest and the rest may just be without any particular order.
1: Selling your Knowledge:
This is by far the easiest to make money in today's reality in Nigeria. The economy already presents a great opportunity that's making this thrive. An average Nigerian has no hope of being employed, as a matter of fact people are already pre-programmed that after school the next thing is learning a skill. So, it brings you the opportunity to sell your knowledge and skill to a large number of people waiting-- if you do this well, you could easily become a millionaire if not a billionaire, especially when public speaking and content creation is merged with it.
2: Real Estate Marketing:
Nowadays, you don't even need to register with real estate companies to sell for them. Just chat their support, propose a deal, setup a team or you and your friends, make professional videos or educative contents around real estate and grab quality leads. A few people i've bought from, i saw their ads online-- one shared quality education about a topic around real estate, it was an eye-opener for me, i saw the ads clicked and i was indebted to purchase, the other shared an offer that beat other offers i saw. While marketing, forgo posting just photos everywhere, make videos and connect emotionally with the buyer-- people who have the millions needs more than just photos, explain why it's a good purchase, share previous deals that was missed and why this one is a golden catch.
3: Content Creation:
It's hard during the start, but it pays in the long run. When i met Brain Jotter, we casually talked about his income, he stylishly told me that even if he stops content today, he'd still earn for a couple of months before the views goes down, that if he wants quick money, he jumps on Tiktok. When i also met Josh2Funny, he told me that sometimes, money is just coming from everywhere, he can just check his digital music stores and there'd be royalty awaiting to be withdrawn. See, there's money in content creation, so much money that all you need to do is build the audience around something you can create content across afterwards your job will just be collaboration and posting from time to time.
PS: Focus on one platform at a time, know your audience then spread gradually. Many of them started off from Instagram but now Youtube and Facebook + Tiktok pays them better, however, Brand deals easily come from Instagram.

4: VibeCoding-
With the help of AI and Vibecoding tools like Trae, Windsurf, Cursor, Github Copilot you can create almost any simple website, even edit Wordpress and build custom plugins, as long as it's code, forget it, AI wise pass human even fast pass human. You can now easily meet that popular online tailor, that popular fashion designer in your area, that school, that government parastatal and pitch them about the importance of owning a functioning website.
TIPS: In 2019, when i was in Benin, a pastor paid me over 1million naira for branding, it comprises of setting up social media accounts, a website etc in fact he didn't want to pay at first, but i promised him something-- Guess what i did? I put his company on Google map, and when i visited him, i showed him that clients can now book Bolt (as at then it was called Taxify), i showed him, he was so happy seeing his fashion house on Google maps and also in Uber/Taxify app-- instantly he wired me 1m to start work. You've to understand that, when pitching, sometimes, too much talk doesn't do justice, just show small workings-- 1m then was huge and it made so much sense to me while helped him.
5: AI Graphics-
Many people don't yet know they can make stunning logos, Even youtube cover photos, profile photos, birthday wishes, or arts that can be printed with AI. Nothing stops you from making a few designs with AI, imagine doing one centered around Nigeria's democracy day on June 12 and printing the frame and selling to millennials and officers of the law all generated from AI, your job is to download and make a frame of it. It's Original and it's your work.
6: AI Video:
With New Ai tools springing up, companies can easily get high quality cheap video advertising for their brands. Imagine making a watermarked sample and asking them to pay to remove the watermark. It takes less time to make and most times it's with a free tool. Explore various AI video tools, build confidence and shóot your marketing strategy to brands on why the video would elevate their marketing, a few rejections may happen but ultimately you'd be able to land a few people who would want the video and are willing for you to remove the watermark so they could pay.
You can also use the videos in your content creation journey-- focusing on Youtube Shorts to easily get many views and subscribers as the algorithm favours them, set targets of 1 to 4 videos per week, ultimately in as you grow and get consistent you'd get to monetisation soon or brands will pay you for in-video adverts.

7: Freelancing:
Upwork, Fiverr, Toptal, Freelancer etc, though saturated can still pay you big, However, you must be skills-ready to play here because there's alot of people already in your niche and with the advent of A.I the competition is now stiff but there's still money to be made because even with all the AI there are people who pay people to get basic things done for them, from content writing, Support agent, Social media handling, etc.
8: Start a Niche Blog:
This one takes time because your traffic source will be search engine-- but depending on the niche you chose you can immediately start making money if you sell affiliate products or monetize your knowledge.
You can even start an AI Centered blog writing about new emerging AI tools and how to use them, you'd easily get thousands of visits-- the expository video i shared where i made an AI Short Movie has gained over 20k views in less than 24hours giving me over +500 new followers, now if your AI-centered blog grows to a certain stage, companies will pay you to feature or review their own AI platform (and you'd charge them), you can also monetize with Google Adsense and the traffic is eternal because AI is here to stay.
Another niche you can focus on is, Education Niche, every year there are thousands, if not millions of students seating for WAEC, NECO, JAMB etc, they need updates about exam dates, times table and various other tips-- competition is stiff here but you can always get a chunk of the traffic.

9: Start a small Business:
You could focus on basic needs of human, e.g Food, Data and Clothes. People will always eat no matter how the economy tumbles, people will always look for quality yet affordable wears irrespective of the economic situation. No matter what, people will always use phones and change accessories, so these are very basic things.
You can start from mini importation, resale for others etc. Some notable mentions are POS merchants, Laundry etc.
10: Handyman:
This will be the last on my list. Requires little to get started, just basic skill and expertise, and you don't need to have a shop to do some of them. Make Up artist, Barber, Baker, Soap maker, Tailor, Hair dresser. Some of these skills, once you have them, a store owner is ready to employ you and pay you for your service.
You can also easily teach people online and get paid, you just have to tailor your online presence around what it is you do and you're halfway into being an authority.
